These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you" or "your") and BX999 ("BX999", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bx999.cam (the "Website") and any associated mobile applications, products or services offered thereunder.

BX999 is an online gaming information and entertainment platform. These Terms apply in full to all visitors, registered users and any person who otherwise interacts with the Website. By accessing the Website, creating an account or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and all associated services. BX999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website following the publication of any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By completing the registration process and creating an Account, you expressly represent, warrant and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 below.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are registering solely for your own personal use.
• You understand and accept the risks associated with online gambling, including the risk of losing money.
• You have consulted, or had the opportunity to consult, independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

BX999 reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration in its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

To register and maintain an Account with BX999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. BX999 strictly prohibits access by minors. If BX999 determines at any point that a Player is or was underage, the Account will be closed, all funds will be forfeited and any winnings will be void.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may only hold one active Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any other platform where a cross-platform exclusion arrangement applies.
• Own Funds: All deposits must be made from funds that lawfully belong to you. You must not use funds derived from any unlawful activity.

5.1 You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You are obliged to update this information promptly if it changes.

5.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. BX999 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you.

5.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BX999 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 16 of these Terms. BX999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

5.4 BX999 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account that it reasonably believes is being accessed without authorisation or is subject to fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

5.5 You must not use another person's Account or allow another person to use yours. Any breach of this provision may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

6.1 All deposit methods available to you are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change at any time without prior notice, depending on operator conditions and applicable regulations.

6.2 All deposits must be made in your own name and from a payment method registered to you. BX999 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from payment methods not registered to the Account holder will be returned where technically feasible and may result in Account suspension.

6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by BX999 at any time.

6.4 BX999 is aware that Pakistani players are familiar with a range of local payment and financial services, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. References to these services on the Platform are provided as financial context only. None of these institutions endorse, support, are affiliated with or approve of gambling on this Platform. Players must independently verify available deposit methods at the time of registration.

6.5 Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may be available subject to operator conditions and applicable regulatory requirements. Cryptocurrency deposits are generally non-reversible; players should ensure they are depositing to the correct wallet address.

6.6 BX999 is not responsible for any delays, fees or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network congestion.

7.1 Withdrawals from your Account are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. BX999 will not process any withdrawal request until identity verification has been satisfactorily completed.

7.2 KYC documentation required may include, but is not limited to: government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC or passport), proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

7.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to third-party processing delays outside BX999's control.

7.4 BX999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being declined and the funds remaining in the Account Balance.

7.5 Withdrawals will, where technically and commercially feasible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal methods will be offered.

7.6 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

8.1 BX999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer and take precedence over the general provisions of this Section 8.

8.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough"). Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier, contributing game types and time limits will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

8.3 Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games, live dealer games or sports bets. The contribution rate for each game category will be disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.

8.4 BX999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any partially accrued wagering progress may be forfeited.

8.5 Bonuses and promotions are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies or use of multiple accounts — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

8.6 BX999 reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for any promotional offer and to reverse bonus credits where eligibility criteria are not met.

9.1 All bets placed on the BX999 Platform are subject to the rules specific to the relevant sport, event or casino game. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

9.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the specific game rules expressly permit it (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).

9.3 BX999 reserves the right to void any bet where: (i) the bet was placed on an event or market that should not have been available due to a system or data error; (ii) the odds displayed were materially incorrect at the time of placement; (iii) the event has been cancelled or suspended under circumstances outside the operator's control; or (iv) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, corruption or manipulation of the underlying event.

9.4 Cricket, PSL and ICC Markets: BX999 offers cricket betting markets covering domestic Pakistani tournaments including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20 competitions and ICC events. References to the PSL, ICC or any team on the Platform are sports information context only. BX999 has no affiliation with, partnership with or endorsement from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), any PSL franchise, the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any individual player or team.

9.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market type and Account tier.

9.6 Live (in-play) betting is subject to data feed availability. BX999 accepts no liability for delays in live odds updates caused by third-party data providers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BX999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, including under aliases, family members' names or third-party identities.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or financing of prohibited activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification or bonus claim processes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors, data feed discrepancies or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to place bets, manipulate odds or access Platform features in a manner inconsistent with normal human interaction.
• Engaging in coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or bonus abuse schemes in a manner that exploits promotional offers unfairly.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing BX999 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain access to another user's Account or personal data.

BX999 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance including real-money and bonus funds, recovery of any funds paid out as a result of fraudulent or prohibited activity, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11.1 BX999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be pursued as a source of income, a method of recovering losses or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

11.2 BX999 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend access to your Account.

11.3 All requests to reduce limits, activate cool-off periods or self-exclude take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the designated period expires. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory review period.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

12.3 You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any part of the Website's content for any commercial purpose without BX999's prior written consent.

12.4 The BX999 name, logo and associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence to use BX999's brand identifiers.

13.1 The BX999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BX999 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its content.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BX999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical errors, system outages or data feed failures;
• Loss of data or Account information;
• Delay or failure in the execution of bets caused by third-party systems;
• Consequences arising from your failure to comply with local gambling laws;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit BX999's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14.1 BX999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, BX999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the revised Terms take effect.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed and incorporated, as disclosed in your Account registration documentation.

15.2 In the event of any dispute between you and BX999, you agree to first contact BX999's support team to seek an informal resolution. BX999 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the operator's licensing authority, where applicable.

15.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
